END OF SCHOOL YEAR | Encounters of Art and Nature – Frottage
In partnership with Devesa Park / Municipality of Famalicão
We propose combining Surrealism and Sustainability through collecting textures from plant species living in Devesa Park and creating frottages — a surrealist technique that consists of placing paper over a rough surface and rubbing it with a crayon to transfer the texture.
Objectives: To identify plant species in Devesa Park, to raise awareness of sustainable habits, to learn about Surrealism, and to create a frottage.
Target audience: Primary, secondary, vocational, and special education. Seniors.
Conditions: Tuesdays or Thursdays, 10:00–12:00. Duration: 120 minutes. Capacity: 30 people (minimum 15). Free participation with mandatory registration.
