Activities must be booked at least 15 days in advance.
Upon submission of this form, the booking shall be confirmed by email.
The confirmation document sent by the Education Service must be shown by the educator or group leader at the reception of the Cupertino de Miranda Foundation (FCM).
Teachers/educators and educational assistants should remain with their groups at all times.
All activities require a minimum of 10 participants.
Punctuality of the participants for all organised activities is required.
Please give 24 hours’ notice wherever possible if you need to cancel a scheduled activity.
