Workshop-tour “Trafficking of protected species”
What are protected species? What criteria define them? Who protects them? We will reflect on these questions in Parque da Devesa and explore the connection between the theme and the Museum through the creation of a surrealist object.

CPD “The images that look at us – inspired by Fernando Lemos”
Based on Fernando Lemos’s photography exhibition, we will explore the potential of the body in movement and construct a place of existence, whether from a photograph or from the architecture of the space, using creative methodologies from the performing arts. We will become teacher-creators in order to challenge our students.

Workshop-tour “The Self”
The “Self”, the “Self-portrait” and the “Light of the gaze” are Fernando Lemos’s representations of himself. Inspired by Surrealism, we propose a discussion about self-portraiture through the work of this artist and poet, and an analysis of our own selves through drawing.

Literary cycles | Fernão Mendes Pinto
A conversation around the work of the Portuguese explorer and merchant Fernão Mendes Pinto (1510?–1583?) presented by Professor Sérgio Guimarães Sousa. In the exhibition “Literary Tower – Praise and Simplification of Portuguese Literature”, we will discover this author who wrote about the raw and compelling reality of the Portuguese presence in the East.
